City High hosts the PA Coalition of Public Charter Schools for virtual press conference about charter reform budget proposal

Participants included charter leaders, charter parent and state representatives who joined PACPS CEO Lenny McAllister for the virtual event. The participants include:
- Dr. Stacy Gill-Phillips, CEO of the West Philadelphia Achievement Charter Elementary School;
- Crystal Porter, a Mastery Charter School parent from Philadelphia;
- Rep. Josh Kail, a republican serving PA’s 15th Legislative District;
- Dr. Rich Jensen, CEO of Agora Cyber Charter School; and
- Dr. Dara Ware Allen, CEO of City Charter High School.
