City High alumni Justin Ristich and Mariah Martin were among the first participants in Highmark Health's inaugural Straight to Business program. This innovative initiative provides high school graduates with the opportunity to earn a tuition-free bachelor’s degree while working at Highmark Health. Launched in 2021, the program aims to create a positive economic impact by making education and employment more accessible to diverse communities. Justin and Mariah are part of the first cohort of 10 students embarking on this exciting career path.
