After outfits are approved, you can go to Revtrak to submit your permission slip and purchase your ticket.
All students who have purchased a ticket MUST be in attendance Friday, February 7, in order to be admitted to the dance.

All student debt must be paid in full before the end of the day Thursday, February 6, 2025. This debt DOES NOT include Senior Packages & Spring Trips.
Students are required to attend school the entire day on Friday, February 10th.
The doors open at 6:30 pm and will close at 7:45 pm. Students will not be permitted to enter after 7:45 pm.
The dance is over at 10:00 pm. Please make sure arrangements have been made for your child to get home. Security and Administration will wait with students until 10:15 pm.
This is a school event and drugs, weapons, and vapes are not permitted. Students possessing any of these items may be sent home and further disciplinary action may be taken.
Dance Attire:
Snowball dresses MUST be approved before a ticket may be purchased/picked-up. Submit photos of your outfit to http://forms.gle/RWGWbiN2HX7sGDRG8 before you purchase your ticket.
The dress must cover the bust area, and strapless dresses must be securely fitted to ensure they stay up while dancing.
Dresses and slits cannot be more than 5” above the knee and must cover sufficiently when sitting and dancing.
Backless dresses must have at least 3” of material above the buttocks.
Dresses made of Spandex/Lycra type fabrics or that fit like a second skin ("bodycon dresses") are not permitted.
Two piece dresses and/or Cut-outs are not permitted, and the sides and midriff cannot have sheer (see-through) material, unless fully lined with an opaque (NOT see-through) fabric.
Other acceptable formal & semi-formal attire includes: a dress shirt with a tie and dress pants for Snowball, and a Tuxedo or Suit and tie for Prom.
Students may not wear turtlenecks, sweaters. or collared shirts with no ties.
Admission to the Snowball will be denied for inappropriate attire, and no refunds will be given.
These rules apply to all City High students and their guests.

As a student of City Charter High School you will be expected to adhere to all of the school’s rules and policies including the following:
DOORS OPEN AT 6:30 P.M.
NO ONE WILL BE ADMITTED TO THE DANCE AFTER 7:15 PM, AND THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS.
NO ONE WILL BE PERMITTED TO LEAVE THE DANCE UNTIL 10:00 PM.
All students attending the dance will conduct themselves in the respectful manner that is expected of all City High students. You must follow the directions of the adult chaperones.
Arguing, fighting, foul/vulgar language, and obscene dancing are not permitted.
Weapons, drugs, alcohol, and tobacco products are strictly prohibited.
Outside beverages or snacks may not be brought to the dance.
Violations of this contract will result in removal from the dance.
All guests attending City Charter High School’s Snowball, a formal dinner dance, are also expected to adhere to all of the school’s rules and policies including the following:
Guests must be at a minimum in 9th grade and at a maximum twenty (20) years old. (Valid Photo ID Required.) All Guests MUST be enrolled, regularly attending, & in good standing at a recognized High School, or a College, University, Trades, Apprenticeship or Training Program, or be Employed, if they have graduated.
Hands-on STEM labs, student-run Robotics team, Programming electives, Anatomy & Physiology elective labs, college-credit classes, social clubs, musical theater, on-site fitness, dances, cultural field trips... and so much more!
