Math/Science Teaching Associate
City Charter High School is a public, 9-12, urban charter school looking to hire a teaching associate to work in collaboration with the 10th grade Math and Science Teachers. The teaching associate position involves assisting students of multiple ability levels within the Math and Science classrooms.
Position includes medical, dental and vision benefits, ten personal days (bonus paid for days not used), a $3,000 educational stipend per year and a generous retirement package. Salary range will be discussed during the interview process and begins at $33,000.

City Charter High School, a 9th-12th urban high school in downtown Pittsburgh, looking for a full-time school nurse.
The school nurse is responsible for coordinating, collaborating, planning for, and, in most cases, providing direct services to ensure that the school district’s health program, as defined by the Pennsylvania School Code, School District Policies, and the PA Dept. of Health Division of School Health Regulations is carried out according to the specifics in the law. The goals of the school nurse position are to maintain and/or improve the health status of students, thus enabling them to profit fully from their educational experiences; and, to promote optimum health status and lifestyles for all students through the joint efforts of the home, school and community.
Qualifications include current PA Registered Nurse license , Bachelors Degree in Nursing (BSN), Certification as Educational Specialist by PA DOE , CPR/AED certification, Background/experience preferred in pediatric nursing, community health nursing, critical care nursing, medical-surgical nursing and/or emergency room nursing, knowledge of current Child Abuse Law, required Act 48 continuing education coursework for Nursing license and Education Specialist II certificate and required State and Federal clearances.
