City Charter High School

The Opening of our new facility for students is Friday, January 6, 2012. Students should report at the usual time at our entrance, around the back of building. A couple of interesting facts about our new building.

• We have installed a brand new kitchen that will serve both breakfast and lunch. Chef Mike Curry will coordinate the new program. Menus will provide vegetarian alternatives, use fresh ingredients and promote healthy eating habits.
• The School has a new auditorium that will be used for plays, theater productions, classes and presentations. The auditorium has a new sound and light system, LCD presentation system and theater seating.
• New science labs will allow us to teach chemistry for the first time.

There is so much more to the new building. I am excited about students, staff and parents visiting the school and seeing it for the first time.
