Math and Science Teaching Associate

City Charter High School is a public, 9-12, urban charter school looking to hire a teaching associate to work in collaboration with the 9th or 10th grade Math and Science Teachers. The teaching associate position involves assisting students of multiple ability levels within the Math and Science classrooms. Science/Research Teaching Associate

City Charter High School is a public, 9-12, urban charter school looking to hire a Science/Research Teaching Associate.  This position requires collaboration with the Science and Research classroom teachers in implementing curriculum and classroom instruction in the 12th grade senior model. The position requires the Teaching Associate to work with students of multiple ability levels within Science and Research courses.  The primary responsibilities include:  managing the Science open lab times, helping students conduct experiments on their independent science projects, supporting students in preparing for their graduation project presentations, and coordinating the graduation project presentation panels. This position requires the candidate to be extremely organized and detail-oriented, and to be able to build relationships with students.  Interested candidates must be Science certified and have a strong background in the writing process.  Send cover letter and resume to Terri Dillon at dillon@cityhigh.org.
